Project Ride to Health’s mission is to increase healthcare access to Polk County residents through the provision of FREE transportation via Uber Health. The goal is to improve health outcomes by ensuring the right patient, receives the right ride, at the right time.
Did you know, according to American Hospital Association, 3.8 million people do not obtain medical care due to transportation issues? Through a new partnership with Uber Health, We Care now provides FREE independent transportation to and from the following types of healthcare appointments.
